By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Calorie fit helps you log nutrition, hydration, activity, and related metrics. Features may differ by platform or region and can change over time as we improve the product.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to consent to these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or infringe others' rights.
- Attempt to scrape, hack, reverse engineer, or overload our systems.
- Upload malware, abusive content, or unlawful material.
- Misrepresent medical qualifications or impersonate others.
- Use the Services for surveillance or harassment.
4. AI meal scanning
AI-generated nutrition suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. Scanning features are provided "as is" as a convenience.
5. Health disclaimer
Calorie fit is for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Services are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult one before major diet, exercise, or weight changes.
6. User content
You retain rights to content you submit (such as photos or notes). You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services—including enabling AI scans you request.
7. Fees
If we offer paid features in the future, pricing and renewal terms will be shown clearly before you purchase. For questions, contact support@caloriefit.app.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the Services.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims resulting from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Calorie fit is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
